We’re a specialty coffee roaster born from our love for all things Texas and all things travel.

We love to travel the world, and we feel at home almost anywhere. Running and riding trails, exploring new cultures, laughing at our own dry sense of humor and experiencing great coffee culture wherever we go.

From South America, East Africa, Southeast Asia and Japan, we’ve met growers, baristas, and fellow travelers who share our belief that great coffee connects people everywhere. Back home in Texas, we roast those memories into every batch.

Our logo—the spur—is a symbol of motion and intent, of turning potential into momentum to do the things you love. It’s a reminder that coffee should get you going, move you forward, and spark something inside. It isn’t just about the caffeine (but that helps… a lot). It’s about the beautiful story of the people who grow, roast and prepare it.
