We bring a full mobile setup — commercial machine, grinders, milk steamers, hot water tower — and a small team of trained baristas to your venue. Every drink is pulled to order, no urns, no instant.
The standard menu covers espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, drip coffee, hot chocolate, and chai, plus iced versions for warmer Houston dates. Most couples add a custom signature drink — your favorite flavors, the colors of the wedding, or something tied to where you met. We design it ahead of time and produce a hand-drawn menu card for the bar.
We've poured for weddings at downtown lofts, River Oaks estates, ranch venues outside Houston, and beachfront receptions. Our staff dresses to match your event aesthetic — black tie, casual rustic, or whatever fits — and we arrive 60–90 minutes early to set up cleanly behind the scenes.

- When in the wedding timeline does the espresso bar serve?
- Most couples open the bar after dinner — it's a great way to extend the reception and give guests a reason to stay through dessert and dancing. Some open it during cocktail hour instead, especially for daytime weddings or when there's no full bar service.
- Can you create a signature drink for our wedding?

- How far in advance should we book?
- Saturdays in March–November book up 6–10 weeks out. Off-peak dates (December–February, weekday weddings, Sunday brunch weddings) often have more availability. Ask early either way.
- Do you do morning weddings or brunch receptions?
- Yes, frequently. A specialty coffee bar is especially good at brunch weddings — and our late-morning bookings tend to book out faster than evening ones.
- What does the bar look like?
- Our standard setup is a black-and-leather mobile bar with a chalkboard menu, brass details, and our brand wordmark. We can dress it up or strip it back depending on your aesthetic — talk to us during booking and we'll match it to the venue.
- What if our wedding is outside Houston?
- We travel anywhere within Greater Houston as part of the standard rate. Hill Country, Austin, or Galveston weddings are quoted with travel separately. Reach out and we'll work it out.
