Common Questions
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend 3-6 weeks for most events. Weekends fill fast April-October. The sooner you lock in with a deposit, the better.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date (within 12 months). We'll work with you if something comes up.
- Do you bring the cart and all equipment?
- Yes - we bring everything: our commercial espresso machine, grinder, water supply, and all supplies. You just need a 6x6 ft footprint.
- What if my venue doesn't have power?
- We can bring our own generator for $150. Just let us know when you book.
- Can you do branded cups or custom sleeves?
- Yes, on request with enough lead time (usually 3+ weeks). Ask us when you book and we'll get you pricing.
- What's the Custom Event Roast add-on?
- We work with you on a flavor profile before your event, then roast a dedicated batch just for that day. Includes a 1 lb bag for the host to keep. It's the kind of thing only a roaster can offer.
- How do the custom-labeled favor bags work?
- We roast a batch, portion it into bags, and apply a label with your name, date, and any custom text you want. Available in 2 oz ($8), 4 oz ($12), and 10 oz ($20) sizes. 12-bag minimum. Bundle with the Custom Event Roast for $195 (saves $30).
- Is matcha available at every event?
- Yes, matcha lattes (hot or iced) and dirty matcha (matcha + espresso) are available at no extra charge. Select it in the quote tool when you book so we can batch-prep.
- Can you do last-minute bookings?
- Yes we can. Reach out and we'll do our best to make it work.
