Spur Coffee Co. is a Houston-based specialty coffee roaster and mobile espresso bar service. We bring the full setup — commercial espresso machine, grinders, milk steamers, hot water tower, and trained baristas — to your event location, set up onsite, and pull every drink to order. No instant coffee, no urn dispensers, no compromise.
Every drink is built from coffee we roast ourselves at our Rice Military roastery, typically within days of the event. That includes our house espresso blend, a light-medium drip option, and seasonal single origins. Espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, drip, hot chocolate, chai, and a rotating signature drink — that's the standard menu.
We've poured for corporate offices in the Galleria and Energy Corridor, weddings in River Oaks and the Heights, conferences at downtown venues, holiday parties, gallery openings, and private dinners. Travel across Greater Houston is included up to 30 miles from our roastery; longer drives quoted ahead.

- How far in advance should I book?
- Lock in your date as early as possible — we typically book 4–8 weeks out for weddings and 2–4 weeks for corporate events. We sometimes have late availability, so it's worth asking even on shorter notice.
- How much space do you need at the venue?
- An 8x8 ft footprint is comfortable. We need a single 20-amp outlet within 25 feet of our setup. Outdoor events need a covered area — we don't pull shots in the rain.
- Can you do a custom signature drink for our event?
- Yes — we love this. Tell us your event theme, color palette, or favorite flavors and we'll develop a signature drink to match. Includes a hand-drawn menu card on the bar.
- Do you serve cold drinks too?
- Yes. Iced espresso drinks, cold brew, and iced lattes are all on the standard menu. Great for outdoor events and Houston summers.
