Katy is a quick run from our Rice Military roastery in Houston — close enough that we can roast your event coffee the morning of and have it on the bar by setup. We've worked Katy weddings, corporate quarterly meetings in Energy Corridor and the Cinco Ranch business parks, school fundraisers, and private milestone parties.
The setup is the same one we use for every booking: commercial espresso machine, grinders, milk steamers, hot water tower, and a small team of trained baristas pulling drinks to order. Every cup is built from Spur Coffee — our own small-batch roasts, never instant or pre-mixed.
Standard menu includes espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, drip coffee, hot chocolate, chai, plus iced and cold-brew options for warmer events. We can also build a custom signature drink for your event theme — tell us the colors, the season, or the vibe and we'll dial something in.

- How far in advance do you book up in Katy?
- Saturdays during wedding season (March–November) book up 6–8 weeks out. Corporate events on weekdays usually have shorter lead times — 2–3 weeks is often enough. Ask anyway if your date is closer.

- Yes, with covered shade or a tent. Espresso machines don't tolerate rain or direct overhead sun for long. We need a single 20-amp outlet within 25 feet and an 8x8 ft footprint.
