About this coffee
Guji Goro Bedessa is a natural-processed Ethiopian single origin from the Guji Zone — one of the most distinctive growing regions in the country. Roasted light to preserve the natural sweetness and floral aromatics that come from drying the cherries on raised beds in the sun.
This is a pour-over and AeroPress coffee. Brewed on a Hario V60, Kalita Wave, or Hario Switch, it shows nectarine, jasmine, and honey, with a clean bergamot finish that almost reads like black tea. Don't reach for this if you want a chocolate-forward cup — that's what High Noon or Dark Horse are for. Reach for this when you want something that will actually surprise you.
Roasted in Houston, Texas. We restock when the lot is back from import — sign up for restock alerts on the listing.
