About this coffee
Trailblazer is the espresso blend we run on our coffee cart at every wedding and corporate event we cater. Medium-roasted Colombian and Honduran beans, dialed in to pull syrupy, balanced shots and to hold their own against steamed milk in a cappuccino or latte.
If you have an espresso machine at home or in the office, this is the first bag to try. Pulled solo, it leans dark chocolate and toasted walnut with a bittersweet caramel finish. It's also the blend we recommend for moka pot and AeroPress espresso-style brews. We don't recommend it for filter — High Noon or Yirgacheffe will do that job better.
